I don't know how many times I've heard it and it still makes me cry - it's been nine years since my father has passed away. Mom heard it last night and went to bed crying. She heard it again this morning and has been crying....I believe it also has to do with having a cousin who is going through the same stages my father went through before passing away and we're re-living the whole ordeal. It really hits home...Your layout is a wonderful idea and i feel it's not too late for me to make one for me and mom, and one of my cousin for the family.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12317394.post-1138325861342354132006-01-26T20:37:00.000-05:002006-01-26T20:37:00.000-05:00That layout is beautiful. I have never been that close to my Dad, but I am going to make that change all because you made me realize that he could leave the world tomorrow without him knowing that I love him. I lost my dad 3 years ago and its still hard to not cry every moment of the day without him. I tell my friends that I get to look into the eyes of my children everyday and see 1/4 of him staring back at me. Hope that comforts you during sad times!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12317394.post-1137632358502524502006-01-18T19:59:00.000-05:002006-01-18T19:59:00.000-05:00Go ahead and cry little teddy bear!Go ahead and cry little teddy bear!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12317394.post-1137595830869040782006-01-18T09:50:00.000-05:002006-01-18T09:50:00.000-05:00Ginger- I remember that layout vividly. Your words, your photos, every single thing about it is amazing.
And, you know what, there is nothing wrong with ANY song whether it be country or pop to help you heal, cry and "get it out". Personally, I don't know how a person ever gets over the loss of a loved one, someone so special in so many ways. But, we all heal on our own time, you don't have to go by anyone elses clock. I'm sure that you miss him more than anyone will ever know.
Have a good day girl, think about the good memories that you have of him,and hold them close to your heart. XOXOXO
T.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
